one-stage gas producer

Application:

One-stage gas producer is used to provide mixed furnace coal gas for machinery,metallurgy,building materials,light industry,chemical industry,refractory materials and so on. It has the features of high gas production rate, complete gasification, high adaptability, big coal gas calorific value, easy operation and safely performance.

Working Principle:

One-stage gas producer is a full water jacket structure continuously making gas, air produced by the air blower and 0.29MPa vapor produced by the gas producer body mix together to be gasification agent. After the lump coal are crushed ,screened, the granularity of 20-50mm or 50-100mm. Coal gas produced in the producer body are carried to the users after the dedusting of the gravitional precipitator and cyclone dust collectors.

Characteristics:

1. Good cooling effect, lining of the water jacket is no easily out of shape.

2. The inner lining is made of boiler steel and the outside is common steel, which is antioxidative, corrosion resisting and high temperature resisting and maintains the long service life of gas producer.

3. The gas producer is equipped with adjustable economizer baffle. The coal layer is even and the fuel thickness of the furnace profile is unified so the gasification efficiency is greatly enhanced.

4. Using tower shape furnace grate and imported cast steel material,the furnace grate is reasonably designed,making gasification agent distribute evenly and discharge slag while operating evenly. The bed of the material inside the furnace is quite stable,making it possible to stay in the best gas producing state and lower the carbon content of the slag.

5. Cyclone dust collectors can raise the water closed height during the power out and blowing out, cut the coal gas between the gas producer and thermotechnical furnace, guaranteeing the normal operation.
